At our property at Pushkar, Orchard we do a lot of work including:
- Employing 90% of our staff from the local Ganahera Village. We have trained these people in hospitality services, and they confidently serve a clientele from across the globe.
- Local School education – We have adopted a local school, sustaining its services to the village children through organized lunches, and monetary contributions both from our company, and also through our visiting clients.
- Eco-friendly initiatives – As our resort is in the heart of an orchard, we have assisted the locals with implementing organic methods of farming, and other sustainable initiatives in the running of the property.
 We also help support the Faith Foundation, an NGO devoted to providing financial independence to destitute or widowed women, and schooling for children living in slums in Delhi. The NGO Created in September 2003 works to provide the poor with a better livelihood.- The Oxford Square is an NGO that provides free education for slum dwellers. This organization is dedicated to provide quality education to underpriviledged children in a safe, clean environment, and we are happy to provide material support for their efforts.

Wildlife
We are members of TOFT, supporting Tiger Conservation, which is also the National animal of India
 Wildlife SOS’s Bear Rescue Village. We help support this organization working for more humane treatment of Indian bears.
